2014 Healthy Lifestyle Challenge +

The 2014 Healthy Lifestyle Challenge+ is complete. Contratulations to Columbia Law School participants who undertook this twelve-week Healthy Lifestyle Challenge!

About the 2014 HLC+

The 2014 Healthy Lifestyle Challenge+ (HLC+) ran from Monday, February 17, 2014 to Sunday, May 11, 2014.

Each week during the first month, participants were challenged to adopt a new healthy lifestyle behavior and maintain the healthy habit from the previous weeks. Participants were then challenged to maintain all healthy behaviors for an additional eight weeks. Throughout the HLC+, teams from Columbia University Law School competed amongst themselves to earn points for healthy behaviors. Participants tracked their progress with a daily log and submit scores to their Team Captains weekly. 

Weekly Challenges

Each week during the first month, participants were challenged to adopt a new healthy lifestyle behavior and maintain the healthy habit from the previous weeks. They were then challenged to maintain all of the healthy behaviors for an additional eight weeks.
