You'll get everything you need to lose weight and keep it off.  

Weight Watcher’s Beyond the Scale Program focuses on healthy eating, fitness and activity, and building inner strength and resilience. Helping members make healthy choices, the new SmartPoints Beyond the Scale eating guidelines factor in calories, sugar, saturated fat, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals to determine a food’s point value , and on this program, you  will also earn FitPoints for the physical activities you do.

At your first Weight Watcher’s meeting, your group leader will conduct a private and confidential weigh in with you, helping you  set your first weight loss goal. Group leaders will continue to help you stay motivated to stick to your weight loss and weight management plan with new weekly discussions,  on topics ranging  from stress-eating to family meal ideas. When you sign up for Weight Watchers at Work, you will also be given access to Weight Watchers eTools.  eTools allows you to keep track of how many points you use each day, as well as, chart your progress, and find recipe ideas.
