Walk to Wellness: Fall 2010

Join the Walk to Wellness program to be more active, fit, and healthy this fall.  Walk to Wellness is a free, comprehensive program to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals. The program is open to Columbia officers and staff on the Morningside and Manhattanville campuses.  There will be people of all different fitness levels walking and you can walk at your own pace.
