Walking May Help Reduce Chocolate Cravings

A new study conducted by U.K. researchers suggests that taking a short walk can reduce the amount of chocolate and other snacks you eat while at work.  Participants who took a 15 minute walk before being asked to perform tasks of varying difficulty level ate half the amount of chocolate while working than those who rested before performing the task.
