Walk-to-Wellness Kick-Off - September 19 and 20

Walk to Wellness is a free, 8-week instructor-led walking program on the Morningside, Manhattanville, and Medical Center campuses to help you incorporate more activity into your workday.  The fall season runs from September through November and kicks off with a fitness assessment (resting heart rate, blood pressure, body weight and body fat) from the staff at Dodge Fitness Center and PlusOne. This program is limited to Columbia faculty and staff.

The Kick-Off event on the Medical Center campus takes place on September 19, 1:00 - 2:00pm

Kick-Off events on Morningside and Manhattanville campuses take place on September 20, 1:00 - 2:00pm.
