Amy P. Rabinowitz

Amy has nearly two and a half decades of Work/Life program design and management experience, most recently serving as the Manager for Work/Life & Recognition at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. There, she conceived, designed, and implemented quality-of-life programs and policies focused on recruiting and retaining the best possible employees at all levels; co-chaired the “Green Reps” to involve employees in sustainability programming; and managed vendors, consultants, and providers of care to ensure optimal service. She is a leader in her field, having served on the Work/Life Advisory Board of WorldatWork, a global nonprofit human resources association and frequently speaking at national Work/Life conferences and seminars.

A life-long New Yorker, Amy received her Doctorate in Education from Teachers College, specializing in Family Policy and a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University.  She is the mother of a teenage daughter and the daughter of a 90 year old mother, so a veteran member of the “sandwich generation.”
