CUMIC Center for Student Wellness holds guided weekly meditation sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays. In addition, they will be offering a session in the Hammer Health Sciences Library every Tuesday, from 12:00pm to 12:20pm starting June 26th.
All are welcome. *Please note that late arrivals can disrupt the flow of practice—if you happen to miss the start time, please do join us for another session, or we're happy to lead a one-on-one meditation in our office by appointment!
Spend 30 minutes with MSCH music therapist Missy Hall, MA LCAT, MT-BC, listening to sound vibration and restoring your sense of self.
