Integrative Well-Being: Tapping to Boost Confidence

November 21, 2024
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
America/New_York
Online

In this 30-minute session, we'll explore how EFT Tapping can be used to boost confidence and overcome self-doubt. We'll discuss common myths about confidence and introduce concepts like growth mindset, imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs.

The session will include a live tapping exercise tailored to address common confidence blocks identified by the group. Participants will leave with practical strategies to build self-assurance, tackle self-criticism, and approach challenges with renewed courage in both their personal and professional lives.

* As part of this session, we will introduce The Tapping Solution app, an integrative well-being app offering a free one-year premium subscription to Columbia University faculty and staff.  The app offers a 5-Day Confidence Series and meditations designed for common workplace scenarios.
