Apple-Cinna-Blueberry Overnight Oatmeal

Apple-Cinna-Blueberry Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup plain, 0% Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant based milk
  • ½ cup apple, diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup

 

How to Make it:

  1. Stir oats, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, milk, vanilla and cinnamon together in a jar.  Twist lid onto jar and refrigerate 8-12 hours overnight
  2. Top with remaining blueberries when ready to eat
