Baked Banana Chips

Prep Time: 20 mins      Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins      Serving size: 1⁄2 cup

Ingredients:

2 over ripe bananas
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

How to Make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Farenheit
  2. Slice bananas very thin (about 1/8′′ thick coins) and brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake for about 2 hours or until they are crispy. Flip banana chips halfway through cooking.
  4. Remove them from the oven and let the chips cool
  5. For some extra spice, sprinkle with cinnamon!
