Cauliflower Core & Broccoli Stem Slaw Total Time: 35 min Serving size: 1 cup Yield: ~4-5 servings (serving size= 1 cup) Ingredients: For the salad: 2 Cauliflower Cores 1 Broccoli Stem 1 Cup Carrot Shavings 1 Apple 3 Celery stalks For the dressing: 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil 1⁄4 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder How to Make it: Thinly slice or grate all the vegetables and fruit To make the dressing- whisk together the mustard, vinegar, olive oil and seasonings.
