Starting a family is a personal decision involving many factors. This workshop will provide an overview of the reproductive process at all stages of life and will focus on: • Approaches to optimizing fertility, fertility preservation and other fertility treatment options • Pointers on when and how to seek professional support • Strategies on how to best utilize the healthcare benefits and programs available to you while you are enrolled in the Columbia University medical plan with UnitedHealthcare. This workshop is collaboration between the Office of Work/Life, the Columbia University Fertility Center, and the Columbia University Benefits Department, Office of Human Resources. Presenters: • Paula Brady, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, CUIMC • Eric Forman, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, CUIMC • Representatives from the Columbia University Benefits Department, Office of Human Resources. This program is limited to Columbia faculty and staff.
