Starting a family is a personal decision involving many factors. This workshop will provide an overview of the reproductive process at all stages of life and will focus on: • Approaches to optimizing fertility, fertility preservation and other fertility treatment options • Pointers on when to seek professional support • Strategies on how to best utilize the healthcare benefits and programs available to you through the Columbia University healthcare provider, United Healthcare This workshop is a collaboration between the Office of Work/Life, Columbia University Fertility, and Human Resources. This program is limited to Columbia faculty and staff.
