A ballet-inspired combination of Barre and other modalities focused on low-impact, high-repetition movements designed to strengthen the entire body training... all without a barre. All levels welcome.
Instructor: Ashleigh Herndon is a yoga and barre instructor at Dodge Fitness Center. She is a 500 Hour RYT through Yoga Alliance and holds additional certifications in Barre (Master Trainer), Pilates, Group Fitness, and Personal Training.
Attire: Comfortable exercise clothing recommended
Equipment: Yoga or activity mat or non-slip carpeted area
