For many parents and caregivers, the pandemic drastically changed family life and increased day-to-day demands, often against a backdrop of health struggles, economic hardship, and/or loss.  Whereas children may be back in school buildings this fall, many caregivers are feeling lasting effects of these challenges, including anxiety, impatience, and exhaustion.  Come join a supportive session to learn about:
•    Signs of burnout
•    Strategies to avoid or reduce burnout
•    How to know when to seek professional help.
