Come celebrate YOU this Valentine’s Day! Working or going to school and taking care of children, adults, and/or elders in your life can leave you with little time for yourself. Take an hour during the Office of Work/Life’s Caregivers Week to do something for yourself and discover ways to unwind during cracks in your day. You will learn about self-care strategies, mind/body relaxation techniques, and caregiver supports at the University. Feel free to bring your lunch and we’ll provide the Valentine treats.
