Our well-being is vital to living happily, freely, and whole. It is a personal journey we all experience. This semester we are launching a monthly Columbia Well-Being Circle - a place for self -discovery, inspiration, and community gathering. By joining this series, you will hear from guests from various disciplines within our Columbia community as we explore various topics that effect our personal and collective well-being. Through these conversations, we hope to spark new ideas, activate fulfilling passions, and empower helpful practices. Whether you are resetting, continuing, or refining your well-being journey, we welcome you to the circle!
