Conversation Circle: How to Build Your Own Community of Parents

November 4, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
America/New_York
Online Event

Parents aim to help their children make friends and socialize, which is a vital part of growing and learning.  Having a community of “parent friends” can be just as important for you as an adult as you navigate your new roles.

Join Tovah Klein, Director of the Barnard Center for Toddler Development and Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology, in a conversation about ways to build and sustain your own community of parents to share the experiences of family life.

This workshop will be interactive so please come with your questions and suggestions.  Suggested for parents of young children through elementary school age.
