Enroll in this online program, hosted on the mobile app MoveSpring, and challenge yourself to move for 30 minutes each day. Best of all, you can clock your minutes in the way that works for you – engage in your favorite home workout, jog or power walk if it is safe to do so, or even complete household chores. • Challenge goal: Engage in at least 30 minutes of moderately intense physical activity each day.
• Prizes: Participants scoring in the top 10% will be entered in a raffle to win one of three premium prizes, plus bragging rights! Prizes will also be awarded to the two most improved participants.
