By combining seasonal ingredients with strategies to maximize your budget and eliminate food waste, you can make the season even more vibrant.  Join us for a live virtual food demo, where Registered Dietitian, Molly Chanzis, will demonstrate how to make a fall recipe for under $5 per serving, while sharing other budget friendly tips and tricks along the way.

Instructor:  Molly Chanzis, MS, RD, CDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian who has been practicing for more than 10 years. Molly is passionate about making nutrition attainable to all, and believes in sustainable lifestyle changes instead of quick fixes. She likes to focus on what foods and habits to add to your life, instead of taking things away. You can find Molly on social media @sayyestothefreshh where she shares healthy recipes, nutrition tips, and weekly meal plan ideas. She also sees patients through the virtual platform Culina Health.
