By exploring the dimensions of loneliness, we can understand its roots, and address its impact on us as a collective. Join this session with mindfulness expert, Prerna Manchanda, to discover practical strategies to break free from isolation, feel more comfortable with solitude, while learning how to foster genuine connections. Prerna will also discuss the influence of digital technologies on our sense of contentedness and belonging. The session will close with a loving-kindness meditation practice, empowering participants to build empathy, vulnerability, and authentic connections at work and their communities.

Instructor: Prerna Manchanda, nationally-recognized Fortune-500 educator, meditation teacher, and expert on how to live joyfully in a digital age. With a decade of experience in the intersections of mental health, spirituality, and ethical technology, she helps people and organizations increase happiness, decrease burnout, and embrace mindfulness and restorative practices as the key to a fulfilling life.
