Human beings have innate “superpowers” which provide the capacity to innovate, create, and inspire. However, sometimes day-to-day experiences can leave you feeling stressed, ruminating, or burnt out, blocking these great abilities. This workshop will explore, integrate, and activate participants’ strengths through practices and meditation, leaving you feeling recharged, inspired, and encouraged to perform at your best.
Instructor: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC is the University’s Ergonomist who holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University, a license as a Certified Athletic Trainer, and certification as a Certified Life Coach
