Family meetings are a great way to share information and hopefully get everyone on the same page, particularly around elder care decision-making. However, without proper preparation, they often end in fights, feuds and family drama. Especially now, with the need for many family meetings to be held at long distance, it is especially important to prepare participants to increase the chance of achieving the objectives of the meeting.
