Fulfilling the demands of work and family responsibilities at the same time can be challenging for anyone, but for people in the sandwich generation—those who care for both children and aging loved ones—life can be especially demanding. This session will encourage participants to tune into important considerations when caring for aging or elderly family members and children, and offer tips for finding ways to care for themselves.
