Join us as we share and explore innovative dinner recipes, meal preparation techniques, basic cooking skills—and more. The EAT 5 initiative is designed to help you integrate more fruits and vegetables into your diet and get you closer to reaching the goal of eating five cups per day. This interactive nutrition workshop offers a food demonstration with samples, and take home recipes. This program is limited to Columbia faculty and staff.
