Most of us have a lot on our plates.  To effectively manage our lives and avoid overload and/or stress-related symptoms, it is critical to establish boundaries and, when possible, share the load at work and at home.  The purpose of this session is to explore the importance of setting limits in your life and delegating those tasks that can be delegated.
