As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we must adapt to new routines around commutes, meals, and schedules, all of which may impact weight. In this workshop, Registered Dietitian, Jamie Leskowitz will review the basics of weight management and discuss realistic strategies and lifestyle changes to I help you stay on track with goals and keep you healthy. She will also share many resources and services available from CUIMC’s Metabolic and Weight Control Center (including virtual weight management groups) for those who are interested. Instructor: Jamie Leskowitz is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator practicing at the CUIMC Metabolic and Weight Control Center. She is passionate about helping others manage weight and improve health-related conditions by finding a sustainable and balanced eating lifestyle. She specializes in weight management and related conditions, including pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and weight regain after weight loss surgery
