Tai Chi @ Work is a collaboration between the Office of Work/Life and the Dodge Fitness Center. This program is limited to Columbia faculty and staff.
Instructor: Aaron Stiles, MS, LMT, LAc has been practicing the healing and martial arts of Tai Chi Chuan, Xing Yi Chuan, Qigong and Ba Gua Zhang for over 20 years. Currently, Aaron is employed at Google NYC practicing Tui-Na massage and teaching Tai Chi and Qigong and has a busy acupuncture practice in midtown Manhattan.
