First introduced in 2020, Take a Break is more than just a time to stretch and meditate but has evolved into a supportive and lasting community where you can take a moment to reset and renew your body, mind, and heart.

Instructor: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC is the University’s Ergonomist who holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University, a license as a Certified Athletic Trainer, and certification as a Certified Life Coach
