Sometimes all you need is a break! Take a Break: Stretch & Reset is a community of Columbia University faculty & staff, who gather each week to release tension and stress through stretching and meditation. By taking these 30 minutes, you will feel rested, connected and ready to thrive!
Instructor: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC, CLC is the University’s Ergonomist who holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University, a license as a Certified Athletic Trainer, and certification as a Certified Life Coach.
