Sometimes all you need is a break! Join us for a special Take a Break: Stretch & Reset event for Mental Health Month. This virtual session starts with stretches to release body tension and continues with a guided imaginative meditation to relieve stress. By taking these 30 minutes, you will feel rested, connected and ready to thrive.
This is one of two Take a Break sessions scheduled on May 21st so you can choose the time that works best for you! To register for the 4:00pm session, register at TAB@Noon.
Instructor: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC, is the University’s Ergonomist who holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University, and is a licensed Certified Athletic Trainer.
