Sometimes all you need is a break—especially during the holidays! Join us for a special Take a Break: Stretch & Reset event offering you an opportunity for rest and relaxation during the busy holiday season.
 
This virtual session starts with stretches to release body tension and continues with a guided meditation to relieve stress. By taking these 30 minutes, you will feel refreshed, centered, and ready to thrive.

Three Take a Break sessions will be held on December 12th so you can choose what works best for you!  8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and/or 6:00 PM
