If you have trouble sleeping you may feel like there’s little you can do. However, by following certain recommendations, known as “sleep hygiene,” you may be able to get the rest you need. After completing this seminar, you will be better able to understand the root causes of sleep problems and identify ways to improve your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. This program is limited to Columbia faculty and employees.
