Recharge at the end of the day with this challenging yet relaxing yoga experience designed for Columbia University faculty and staff. Each virtual session will support participants in increasing flexibility, strengthening mind and body, and improving range of motion through postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. Family members, housemates, and pets are invited. All levels welcome.
Instructor: Evelyn Pate, RYT 500 Registered Yoga Teacher, is trained in the Anusara and Katonah styles of yoga and has been sharing these practices in studios, classrooms, private settings, corporate offices and online for almost a decade.
Attire: Comfortable exercise clothing recommended
Equipment: yoga or activity mat or non-slip carpeted area
