Virtual Yoga

Start the day with a challenging yet relaxing yoga experience, led by Dodge Fitness Center’s yoga instructor, Ashleigh Herndon. Each virtual session offers practices aimed to help you increase flexibility, strengthen your mind and body, and improve your range of motion. Classes will follow a Vinyasa flow style with some variation. All levels are welcome.

Instructor: Ashleigh Herndon is a yoga and barre instructor at Dodge Fitness Center. She is a 500 Hour RYT through Yoga Alliance and holds additional certifications in Barre (Master Trainer), Pilates, Group Fitness, and Personal Training. 

Attire: Comfortable exercise clothing recommended
Equipment: Yoga or activity mat or non-slip carpeted area
