Yoga @ Work is a challenging yet relaxing yoga experience focused on increasing flexibility, strengthening mind and body, and improving range of motion through postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation and meditation techniques. Yoga @ Work is a great opportunity to recharge at the end of the day. All levels welcome.
Yoga @ Work is a collaboration between the Offices of Work/Life and Physical Education and Recreation. This 6-week program is limited to Columbia faculty and staff. Maximum Enrollment: 15 participants
Attire: Comfortable exercise clothing recommended
Fee: $60 - includes an Office of Work/Life yoga mat
Instructor: Evelyn Pate, RYT 500 Registered Yoga Teacher, is trained in the Anusara and Katonah styles of yoga and has been sharing these practices in studios, classrooms, private settings, corporate offices and online for almost a decade.
