Send us a recent photo of you enjoying time with family—however you define family (pets and friends included!)—or participating in a favorite activity outside of work. If your photo is selected, you’ll be featured on the new Work/Life website. Please submit photos by April 30, 2018.
Remember that Columbia’s Office of Work/Life website is publicly-accessible, so please be sure you are comfortable with your photo being posted before submitting.
How to Submit Your Photo
Please submit your photo as a JPEG file by sending an email to [email protected] from your Columbia email account only. Include your full name and contact information.
All images should be 72 dpi and should not exceed 2000x2000 pixels or 1MB in size. More details are available at Columbia Sites.
Photos will be selected by Columbia University Office of Work/Life staff and our decisions are final. If your photo is selected, we will send you a photo release for you to sign and return before your photo can be posted.
Photos should be appropriate for posting to the University website. No images containing sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent or other inappropriate content will be posted nor will any photos directly advertising a product.
If there are other people in your photo, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted.
