Virtual Yoga

Recharge at the end of the day with this strengthening and relaxing yoga experience designed for Columbia University faculty and staff. Each virtual session will support participants in increasing flexibility, conditioning mind and body, and improving range of motion. Together, we will practice hatha and vinyasa yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. All levels welcome.  

*This program is in partnership with the Dodge Fitness Center*

Thursdays, October 30th - December 11th (No class on Thanksgiving) 

Attire: Comfortable exercise clothing recommended
Equipment: Yoga or activity mat or non-slip carpeted area

Instructor: Lily Amirfazli is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) at Columbia University’s Dodge Fitness Center, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga practices. With a focus on cultivating mindfulness, Lily integrates meditation and breath control into every session, offering a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being. Beyond the mat, Lily is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and works as a Research Assistant at Columbia University.
