The latest edition of the Center for New York City Affairs' popular guide FAFSA: The How-To Guide for High School Students (And the Adults Who Help Them) is now available. This year's guide includes updates and resources related to COVID-19.
According to the Center for New York City Affairs, the guide addresses the most common questions of local students and families. It explains how the FAFSA works and addresses issues related to citizenship and how the FAFSA defines parents and households. It also includes a section on how to compare college financial aid offers and guidance on working with colleges for families who have been impacted by COVID.
The guide is currently available in English and will be available in nine other languages later this month.
