Finding Meaning at Work

April 12, 2024
12:00 PM - 12:45 PM
America/New_York
Online

Finding meaning in our work can help us feel awakened to our purpose, leading to an enhanced sense of overall well-being.  However, it may be difficult to see meaning when addressing daily tasks or when faced with challenging workplace situations.  Taking time to consider the inner dimensions of our work can lead to greater satisfaction and help us recognize ways that our tasks are rooted in something beyond today’s particular to-do list.  Join the Office of Work/Life and the Office of Religious Life, for a conversation about finding meaning at work.

Moderator: Tessa McGowan, Religious Life Advisor

Panelists:
Rev. Dr Ian Rottenberg, Dean of Religious Life, Director of the Earl Hall and Associate Chaplain,
Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC, Ergonomist, Human Resources
