Preparing healthy meals can seem daunting, but when you learn to meal prep and use your leftovers creatively, it can save both time and money. In this workshop, you’ll learn about meal planning basics, components of a balanced meal, and how to re-vamp the leftovers so that you don’t get bored of eating the same thing. The session will include a live cooking demo with tips on how to customize based on your personal needs and preferences. You’ll leave with a healthy and tasty recipe, including multiple way to repurpose the leftovers into new meals.
