Mindfulness meditation is a practice of cultivating presence with a nonjudgmental disposition. The benefits of mindfulness include reduced stress, stronger relationships, better sleep, focus, and much more. We learn to become more mindful in our lived experience through consistent practice. This series introduces practitioners of all levels to various mindfulness techniques designed to foster focused attention, relaxation, and compassion.

Series meets on Fridays from April 29 - June 17.

Instructor: Prerna Manchanda, nationally-recognized Fortune-500 educator, meditation teacher, and expert on how to live joyfully in a digital age. With a decade of experience in the intersections of mental health, spirituality, and ethical technology, she helps people and organizations increase happiness, decrease burnout, and embrace mindfulness and restorative practices as the key to a fulfilling life. She holds a Master's Degree from Columbia University in Psychology & Education. She is the founder of Technically Spiritual and the host of the Technically Spiritual podcast.
