Sometimes all you need is a break! Take a Break: Stretch & Reset is a community of Columbia University faculty & staff who gather each week to release tension and stress through stretching and meditation. By taking these 30 minutes, you will feel rested, connected and ready to thrive!
Presenter: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC, CLC, the University’s Ergonomist, holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University, and is a licensed Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Life Coach.
